How do returns work?

After the show, your reps toss any disposable items (flyers, single-use giveaways) and leave the rest—tablecloths, banners, chargers, and other reusables—at the hotel front desk or pickup location. We’ve already provided prepaid return labels. Our team collects, cleans, inventories, and stores everything for you. You never handle returns yourself.
